    Directions: Complete this form for all digital software support requests, i.e. access to Clever, Scholastic, etc. Hardware issues, ie, Chromebook, Smartboard, Wifi, etc., issues must be submitted through SchoolDude via your School Administration.

    All scheduling requests must go through your building administration. They are responsible for the following in Genesis: Student Information Systems:

    Creating your classes
    Rostering your classes
    Adding/removing students from a class
    Making any changes to existing classes

    You will not have access to Clever (or any programs within Clever) unless you have an active, correctly rostered class in the relevant subject area in Genesis.

    Do not submit a support ticket for Clever access problems caused by scheduling. Resolve the schedule with your building administration first. Genesis syncs with Clever nightly at 12:00 a.m.; changes completed before midnight will appear the next school day.

    Teachers are responsible for setting up their Google Classrooms by following these Genesis- Google Classroom Integration directions.

    All printer, phone, wifi, Smartboard and Chromebook issues are handled by the Technology Manager.  Please explain your issue to your main office and they will submit a Tech Request Form and a technician will contact you to provide support.

    All scheduling issues should be reported to your building administration, including: 

    • missing classes in Genesis
    • missing students in Genesis
    • missing a gradebook
      • ***Make sure you see the class in Genesis under Scheduling->Sections with all of your students.  Once a class is set up in Scheduling-> Sections, a gradebook is automatically created during the nightly sync and you will be able to view it the next day.***
    • missing a student in your roster
    • student on roster that isn't in your class 

    DO NOT SUBMIT THIS FORM IF YOUR ISSUE MATCHES ANY OF THESE SCENARIOS!

  • Google Account Claiming

    If you are a new staff member who has completed all onboarding tasks with HR and you have a Genesis account, you can claim your Google account here: https://clever.com/oauth/account-claim/5b86cabc88ea530001b7255e.   

  • Google Staff Password Reset

    Compolete this form: Staff Google Password Reset Form and you will receive a random Google password to log into your account and reset your password.  You will only receive an email with a random password if you are AN ACTIVE STAFF MEMBER in Genesis.     

  • All Access Issues Must be Reported to Your Building Administration.  DO NOT directly contact the Director of Technology's office with access issues.
